This year I am starting fresh. I threw out all of my pots and soil from the previous years, and I will be scrubbing the patio clean in a few weeks. I noticed that my cherry tomato was doing much better than the other tomatoes. The cherry was the only one in new soil, so my soil must have needed some fertilization. I purchased some organic fertilizer and tried one application. Boyo what a difference! The other lagging tomatoes started growing...Overcast 26°C / 79°F -

As I went to check on my resown peppers, I noticed my lagging behind peppers are sloooowly poking up. Phew! I am on track still!22°C / 72°F -

So far only one of the four peat pellets of sweet peppers have germinated. I place two to three seeds in each pellet to hopefully ensure that I at least have one germination in each pellet. Already I am off to a good start. I have cleaned and prepped all of the containers, I cleaned up the raised bed, and was able to transplant 9 baby ‘daughter’ plants that ran to the far corners of the bed.
