The Thyme Is Displeased And So Am I

My English Thyme Seems To Have A Split Personality
I noticed today that about half of the stems on the thyme, though looking perfectly normal on the whole, were droopy. I don’t know what this means: did I water it too much? Too little? Very little has sprouted of the lavender seeds, and they don’t seem to be doing anything. This is a bizarre trend this year: of the seeds that have sprouted so far, they all seem to get up and out of the ground, and then they just kinda hang out and do nothing. Didn't get as much done as I'd hoped...
Container garden , Snapdragons (mini) Repotted, Lobelia Repotted, and Garden Daisy Repotted…but considering I was speed repotting between doing laundry, I think I did okay. I didn’t get to all the seedlings from the nursery yesterday, but I did get one large container planted with the yellow daisy, lobelia, and the fuschia snapdragons. (Pics tomorrow maybe.) Cleaned up both of the stock. Not sure if there was really much to be salvaged, but I thought it was worth a shot.
