15 May 2008All bolted Chinese Cabbage 'Bok Choy' Flowering and Vegetable gardenI don’t know if it was the cool, wet spring, or what, but every single plant bolted before it started forming nice big leaves. Now that the weather’s getting warmer, I might try a second batch, but probably won’t go for this one again next year.Overcast 17°C / 62°F

05 May 2008First batch Sassy Salad Mix Harvesting and Vegetable gardenHarvested some of the arugula in this mix, it was way bigger than a lot of the other varieties, so I figured I should thin it out. Chopped it up for fajitas, and had a little salad with the extra. My first meal from the garden this year.Cloudy 17°C / 62°F
