The next big milestone in my tomato’s life cycle has been reached, but folia doesn’t have an event for it on their list – reaching the trellis. :) I can now curl it around behind and it stays.26°C / 78°F -

Sunny 27°C / 81°FA bold little green anole, and an imp to join my other two (the kind that run around screaming their heads off just because they are bored).

Cloudy 26°C / 79°FSeriously, I don’t think this has grown at all. Am I crazy? You would think that in two weeks of lovely Spring weather, with good regular watering, this would have grown more than 2 leaves. Maybe I’m just antsy because my spinach last year didn’t do anything for MONTHS, until...

Cloudy 26°C / 79°FIf you look closely, you will notice that one of these plants is not like the others, one of these plants just doesn’t belong. No thin tendrils, different shaped leaves. Nope, not a snow pea. In fact, it looks a whole lot more like the green beans in the other bed, but I never had those ...

I managed tog et some place with a median full of different wildflo...

Little green things everywhere
Sunny Flower gardenI just scattered daisy and marigold seeds around this bed, and carefully placed the sunflower seeds along the back of this bed. Now, with the daylilies breaking dormancy, the weeds enjoying the early spring weather, and the seeds sprouting, there are green things EVERYWHERE in this bed – a...Overcast 22°C / 71°F -

Overcast 22°C / 71°FBoogie Boy holding the massive mandarin orange my little 2 year old satsuma tree produced this winter. He kept telling me it has his “orangen”, but then graciously allowed me to eat some of the satsuma I grew! :) LOL It wasn’t (objectively) the sweetest orange I have ever eaten...

I’m worried about my spinach. It is looking the same as last fall: beautiful start and then . . . nothing. There hasn’t been ANY growth in the past few days, and one of the seedlings looks as though it has died. The heat couldn’t possibly have gotten to it, as the temps have ...Overcast 22°C / 71°F
