    Strawberry Equivalents 2
    I just finished hulling the 5th flat of berries for jam. Two more to go … time for a break! I think I should record some of the measures for next year! 1 quart = 40-50 berries = ~4 cups = ~500 grams hulled 1000 grams + 2-3 cups of sugar = 3-4 jars
