If I can’t eat it or cook with it, what’s the point? I can’t see myself ever getting into growing flowers – lovely to look at but much too much work. I grew a nice big herb garden last year and dried the leftovers at end of year and loved it, so this year I’m branching into vegetables: tomatoes, zucchini, lettuces and spinach and bunching onions.
Outside of the garden, I’m a serial entrepreneur, web guru, online business consultant, writer and professional photographer. I’m also a foodie – my kitchen’s jam-packed with cookbooks and cooking gear (hence, the garden). I love disaster movies and books, am devoted to my pug, fiance, and stepkids, and collect Santas. You know, in my spare time. :)
