This all sort of belongs together as they have happened over the last few weeks. A walk up on hills afforded a big box of wild blackberries which ended up in a large apple crumble for a family gathering and the rest in the freezer.

Now that the sweet william has gone, needed some colour to fill rather bare flowerbed. These match the orange of the chrysanths on other side of garden really well.
