    This is for all of you with allotments or large veg gardens...
    I was reading an article in the ‘readers digest’ and it mentioned this website – seedsforfood.org, where you can send any extra seed you save from your allotments/veg patch.

    frosty still... but at least there's sunshine! 2 3 Happy
    Lots of frost this morning. Have taken cutting from a variagated ivy that had thrown up this cream leaf version with pink leaf stems like rats tails. Try and grow it on and see what happens.

    Hanging basket winter revamp Happy Frontyard garden
    Gave the hanging baskets a revamp for winter as the frosts have killed off the lobelia. Took cuttings of the now very woody fuschias and removed the parent plants, replaced with small conifers and some spare aconites for spring colour.
