I’m learning about gardening from the Green Corn Project, which is an awesome group in Austin, Texas, that plants organic, bio-intensive vegetable gardens for families in need, and provides them a garden mentor to help keep it going. Helping people and getting dirt under your fingernails: It’s the best way to spend a Saturday.
