After 3 years of working away from home and only being able to do stuff on the weekends, I finally have a job near home, and can get into the garden every day.
So, I’m into it with a passion, which will hopefully continue as I combat the local problems :-
- Located in Maryvale, Queensland.
- Always seem to be fighting dry conditions and poor soil
- Spent 2 years trying to establish an Orchard, while the cows kept eating it
- Thistles seem to be the only thing that flourishes here!!
Now I’m bent on having an ‘if it isn’t useful, I don’t want it’ type garden. Which means mostly edibles. Time will tell how the plan goes…
