I have been gardening for around 17 years. I love collecting unique plants and am especially drawn to herbs and flower gardening.

Herbal gardening interests me in the idea that not only is a particular herb attractive in the garden, but useful in a variety of other ways as well – whether they are used for making cups of tea, cooking, health aspects, or bringing fresh aromas into the house. I am always in search of new plants to expand the collection.

Flowers that attract wildlife are especially welcome in my plot. I love daisies in particular and grow other varieties of flowers for cutting. I keep a collection of native wild species and garden variety plantings. I started gardening very young and have always been surrounded by family that enjoys getting their hands a little dirty in the gardens. All of my gardens get their share of TLC from my family members as well. The gardens are organic, I do not use pesticides.
