    Pumpkin seeds! Where are you?

    Pumpkin Dill's Atlantic

Tomato 'Gardener's delight' and Windowsill garden
My granddaughter Lauren gave me a little purple plastic container the other week saying: “here you are granddad, you can grow some seeds in that". This container is about three-quarters of an inch in diameter and about three inches deep. When I sowed my Gardener’s Delight tomatoe...

    Pot cleaning week

I spent most of yesterday and part of today (apart from time spent looking after grandchildren) cleaning pots ready for the gardening year. Pots of all shapes and sizes. I didn’t realise I had so many. Pots that I bought just because I thought I may run of out that particlar size sometime i...
