And so the experiment reaches its next step. They’re in rows, they’re not any weeds I instantly recognize so they must be the peanuts. LOL
They probably sprouted a day or two ago but I didn’t know what to look for and everything I see is from a standing perspective so I didn...

Adaptive gardening techniques? (alt title: Ok, so I'm stubborn.)
Well, I’m doing what I can to work around having one functional leg and one halfways functional leg. The specialist said to wrap my thigh in an ace bandage and sit with my feet up.

If there is Zen, it is in the garden. I still hope to rediscover it. I almost caught a glimpse tonight, I think. It was so easy to see when my little yellow bird...

Pulling weeds. And more weeds.
I finished weeding my little yellow bird’s flower garden.
I weeded out the strawberry bed and some more of the herb garden.

The light purple ones are blooming so I brought some in. M’Lady loved her lilacs.

Last night’s low was 26. Despite covering the grapes the leaves that were just starting to look like leaves are about 90% freeze killed. Now we’ll see how long it takes for the secondary leaves to show.
The apple and cherry trees don’t look bad but the blossoms that were there...
