My boyfriend cooked up a mean pad thai tonight – we decided dinner had to include some pak choi because two of the plants were trying to bolt. So two of the four pak choi plants were cut down, chopped up and are now in my belly – mmm.

This little plant seems to be doing well and had a good few stems I thought I could take some cuttings from. The plan was to multiply this plant to dot around the new flat myself and my boyfriend will be moving into in August. I think it would be quite a treat to see those pretty purple flowers...
