I am a research guru obsessed with all things nutritional and ancestral. A couple times a week I’ll help as extra labor for my husband’s work on the Columbia River.

I enjoy photography and planning things; executing plans is another story entirely. This site is awesome because it helps me plan (yipee) and then points out when I fail to follow through :)

I help tinker on our ’70 Ford Bronco, and when all the pieces are in place, we take it off-roading.

We’re about to start looking at property so we can have a small-ish farm and live simply (maybe even go off the grid some day).

Most summer weekends are spent camping/hiking with my husband around our family property near Mt. Rainier. We got married at that same property in August 2010. We planted a dogwood tree during the ceremony. It rocked…
