I like to knit (Kinuknits on Ravelry for anyone there), make origami boxes, bake, cook (always better w/ stuff straight from your own garden) & of course garden.

I’m looking forward to spring & digging up the front and back yards of our place to make gardens. I moved up/in late last summer and inside of the house took priority. We’ve only got a small space (townhouse), so I’m thinking flower garden out front and a nice kitchen garden in the back.

I grew up in the Garden State (yes, we had many gardens in my neighborhood) and my hands were always in the dirt… I’ll count myself lucky if my thumb’s even half as green as my grandma’s was. Her house was a bit of a jungle & I learned how to divide & repot at an early age.
