O.k. something about me huh? well….. To start with, I’m a novice gardener, I’m such a novice that I feel weird referring to myself as a “gardener” I’m more like a gardenette LOL. I just moved from one state to another and no matter how much I tried to get something other than weeds to grow at my old home, nothing would. The soil was just so awful. Now, I have wonderful dirt and all kinds of pre-existing landscaping. I’m in love with my yard! I even put in a little vegetable garden and I’m anxiously watching it grow.

I am also trying to get my new online business off the ground and it’s tough, slow going to be sure. I sell Garden Gnomes at www.shadygnomes.com and I have on the site an area where I put up gardening tips and articles and just interesting stuff.
