Ipomoea

Although I have never gardened myself, I have helped my grandmother with her huge garden when I was little, and still remember baskets overflowing with freshly picked beans, strawberries, currants, raspberries, cabbages, tomatoes, garlic, onions, cherries… you get the picture. :) Of course she also liked roses, all sorts of blooming vines and flowers.
I never helped my mom in the garden, her approach is more “landscaping” than “gardening” and I was never interested again until now.
I remember my grandma’s garden so incredibly fondly that now that my boyfriend and I have moved into a new apartment, I decided to recreate a little bit of that on… the patio. We’ll see how it goes!
