We are back from the Jungle!! and it is now cleared!!!

Well an update on the jungle that was our soon to be veggie garden…. it took 3 weekends but finally we have cleared it! (we finished clearing it 2 weeks ago, sorry I am late to report! ;)

Montbretia - not looking great
Montbretia Transplanted and Shaded Patio gardenRainy 18°C / 64°F
Ok so day 5, the leaves are turning yellow, orange flowers wilting extremely. I didn’t expect them to look perfect when transplanted but am worried they are all about to die – I suppose because I just don’t know what to expect when transplanting.
What should I expect?

Well it’s taken 3 months to build our courage but we have started to tackle the jungle that is my Nanna’s old veggie garden!
It started on a spur of the moment decision to start clearing; I managed to clear maybe a 2 metre sq area in about 45 minuets.
That weekend we decided to keep going ...
