I am currently working with mostly raised beds and containers for vegetables, limited in-ground planting due to soil concerns. Particularly interested in Indian vegetables, Japanese greens, winter squash, new discoveries of any variety. My favorite new discovery is shiso!

I moved into house with well-established flower beds, interested in bringing more native plants into yard. Also aiming to increase bird habitat in yard for feeding and nesting. My big goal is to encourage hummingbirds as much as possible, so I am bringing in many non-native (non-invasive!) plants for that.
