Hello, you can call me Jan =D

I have been gardening for many years, I absolutely love it! A few years ago, I met Jas and we’ve been gardening ever since we moved in together late 2009. I love to grow almost anything, from houseplants to vegetable & fruits, but my favorites are herbs. Jas likes to grow herb gardens and vegetable gardens too.

I’m a mother of 2 young kids (girl and boy) and Jas is the father of 2 kids also (2 teenage girls). Gardening is something we love to do together. We believe it to be relaxing as well as rewarding and it makes us happy.

We were very pleased to find out about Folia, an online gardening journal. We’ve talked about how nice it would be to track our gardens, but we didn’t get to do it properly in the first house we lived in together. I took many pictures of it, but never really had a chance to share it and document it. I figure this would be a good place to show people the first garden Jas and I created together. From there, I will post and update our more recent garden that we’re working on in our new home.
