I’ve been gardening in a half-assed way since we moved to our rural “farmette” about six years ago. I completely neglected my garden last year while pursuing a new employment opportunity last year (2008), but this year, everything really seems to be “clicking” in terms of good soil in the raised beds, and loads of compost in the three-bin composter I made our first summer here – which is augmented courtesy of our three miniature donkeys. Like many others, I’m expanding my vegetable garden this year.

I like gadgets, cooking, good books, and knitting. I’m terrible about updating my blog, but you’ll find interesting old posts and photos there, especially if you like donkeys.
